DNAcrypt-AI releases

All DNAcrypt-AI releases are tested and made publicly available as Jupyter notebook–based applications (for some versions), hosted on Google Colab, providing an accessible and reproducible interface for users.

Version 1.1 (Patched release)

Patches the issue on data builder module, where all sequences started with a question mark, as detailed here. This version also requires permission to be requested first prior to use, enforcing responsible research use of DNAcrypt-AI.
